Srikanth Tadikonda

Director, Head – Business Operations

Srikanth Tadikonda leads the business operations at WaterHealth India. He brings more than twenty-five (25) years of experience in sales and distribution. Has worked in various industries such as consumer durables, FMCG, telecom, and Insurance with various organizations like Hawkins, Bakemans, PepsiCo, Tata Teleservices and Bharti AXA in the fields of distribution, execution and team management. He holds Bachelor in Arts (B.A) from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Srikanth has been with WaterHealth since April 2011.

Ashish Rajote

Director, Head Service operations, Engineering, IT & Business Excellence

Ashish Rajote has over twenty-three (23) years of experience in managing Global operations, CRM systems, and Service delivery network across various industries such as Telecom, Consumer durable, Office automation, engineering, and Water Treatment. He is currently heading operations and is in charge of Information Technology, Business Excellence and Engineering Department at WHIN. He is a Post Graduate Diploma in Customer Relationship Management from IIBM Institute of Business Management, Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from GPA and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from TASMAC School of Business.

Ashish has been with WaterHealth since February 2014.
