002 Head - Legal 1 Hyderabad Legal The incumbent would be responsible for ensuring appropriate, timely & effective legal actions; set legal related processes and compliances in department and Company; legal advisory on litigation and non-litigation recovery/non recovery issues; drafting of all legal Contracts; liaisoning with external counsels for deciding legal strategies for critical matters; formulating and instructing appropriate and effective legal actions; research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations; apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues; communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.); drive legal team and control legal activity as per policy; build, lead, train and motivate the team, ensuring their career development and positive contribution to the Company; setting proper targets for the team for achievement of the common goal; guiding & leading the team in understanding deliverables and thereby identifying positions which would help in timely achievement of targets.
003 Head - Delivery Operations 1 Hyderabad Consumer Business Unit The Incumbent would be responsible to improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning pertaining to delivery of water from WHCs to consumers through DSPs ( Delivery Service Providers).
004 Head - Business Analytics 1 Hyderabad COO's Office The incumbent would be responsible for analyzing business, processes or systems. Further assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
005 Head - Marketing 1 Hyderabad Marketing The incumbent will share the P&L and top line responsiblity with all the BU Heads. He/she would be required to accurately estimate the demand for various products and services that WHIN is offering to customers. He/she would also be responsible for market intelligence, identifing the current and potential competition. The candidate would study and develop suitable plans to meet or exceed the customer and consumer expectations. Finally the candidate would develop and execute the Market Communication, Public Relation, Brand Strategy, Digital Media Plan and ATL/BTL Campaigns, New Product Development.
006 Head - Market Communication 1 Hyderabad Marketing The incumbent would be required to promote company's services or products. He/She is responsible for all communication (Internal and external) for WHIN
007 Head - Talent Acquisition 1 Hyderabad Human Resource The incumbent would be responsible for acquiring best in place talent, updating Job Descriptions in line with the Business Needs, Negotiating and Releasing Offers. He/she is also responsible to improve the recruitment efficiency by adopting best practices whilst optimizing the recruitment cost.
