Sanjay Bhatnagar Chief Executive Officer - Global
A global innovator and business leader, Sanjay Bhatnagar leads new generation green enterprise at WaterHealth International. Mr. Bhatnagar is also the founder of the THOT Capital Group, a private equity firm based in New York. Prior to setting up the THOT Capital Group in January 2001, Sanjay was the CEO of Enron Broadband Services for Middle East and Asia, based in Singapore. He was also Chairman and CEO, Enron South Asia. Earlier, he worked for Schlumberger as an engineer and manager in several countries worldwide.
Sanjay received an MBA with Honors, from Harvard University, a Master's degree in Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with distinction from the Indian Institute of Technology.
He has also held other pivotal positions such as Director Emeritus, US India Business Council (USIBC), US Chamber of Commerce, Washington DC, Director, Punj Lloyd Construction Company, India, Director, AIESEC International, President, American Chamber of Commerce in India (1999-2001), Member YPO/WPO, Chairman, Infrastructure Committee, Confederation of Indian Industry (2000), Member, National Committee on E-Commerce, Confederation of Indian Industry (2000) and Member of ISOC (Internet Society International) Geneva.

Vikas Shah
Chief Operating Officer, WaterHealth India
Prior to joining WaterHealth India, Vikas worked as President - Access Business Unit of Tata Teleservices Ltd., TTSL (a $2 billion telecom company operating in India) for ten years. In his last role, Vikas managed a business unit comprising of Pay Telephony, Rural, Point of Sales (PoS) and Calling Card businesses for Tata Teleservices. Vikas and his team were instrumental in growing the revenue of this business to $400 million in FY 2008 from mere $10 million in FY 2000.
In his previous assignment, Vikas worked for PSi Inc., a US based consulting and investment banking firm i.e. 1994 to 1998. Here, he managed the Engineering/ Industrial Consulting practice based out of Delhi, India. At PSi, he worked for some of the major Fortune – 500 companies including John Deere, Eaton, Amoco Chemicals and Con Agra.
Vikas has an MBA in Finance from the University of Jammu and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University.

Ranabir Dutt Chief Financial Officer - Global
Ranabir Dutt joins WaterHealth International with a proven track record of executing large, complex, challenging financings and restructurings at the domestic and international level. Prior to joining WaterHealth International, Mr. Dutt was the Corporate Treasurer of AEI (formerly known as Ashmore Energy International), a Houston, Texas-based company that is a leading privately held owner, operator and developer of energy infrastructure assets in emerging markets with energy assets in 20 countries. Prior to AEI, Mr. Dutt held various senior level finance positions at Prisma Energy International and Enron Corp. in Houston Texas. He has raised in excess of $5 billion of funds at the corporate and project level and has strong experience in treasury processes, systems and risk management.
Mr. Dutt received a Masters in Business Administration from Rice University and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the St. Xavier's College, University of Bombay, India.

Thomas Weil General Counsel
Thomas Weil takes on a leadership role at WaterHealth, with years of experience in consulting on international energy matters and business transactions, and advising on major infrastructure projects in numerous countries, including India and the Philippines. Named one of the leading energy lawyers in the United States by the Chambers USA "America's Leading Lawyers for Business 2005", Mr. Weil spent almost two decades with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in both Washington D.C. and Houston as energy group counsel and partner - alternative energy project development and financing. He has advised on various aspects of the development, permitting, financing and construction of power generation plants worldwide, including alternative energy facilities. He has also been Lecturer at Yale Graduate School and School of Management Studies.
Mr Weil received a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law . He was also deployed with the United States Navy from 1970 to 1975. A rowing aficionado, he has authored Beauty and the Boats (River and Rowing Museum, 2005). Mr. Weil also holds several key positions in rowing organizations across the U.S.

Sameer Mithal Executive Vice President, Business Development
Prior to joining WaterHealth International this year, Sameer Mithal was a Senior Principal with IBB Consulting Group focused on strategy, new product definition and business development opportunities for companies in the cable, media and communications industries. Mr. Mithal has also been a Founder and Managing Partner of a technology development company and VP of Business Development/Operations for a media focused startup company. In addition, Mr. Mithal worked for several years with Booz Allen & Hamilton on projects in Asia, Latin America and Europe.
Mr. Mithal holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from The Wharton School, an MS in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Western Australian Institute of Technology. As Executive VP of Business Development, Mr. Mithal is responsible for identifying new geographic areas of growth as well as appropriate business partners who can facilitate the company's strategic objectives.

Mawunyo Puplampu
General Manager, WaterHealth Ghana
Mawunyo Puplampu joined WaterHealth Ghana after a landmark decade with Blue Sky Products Ghana Limited, an International fresh fruit processing company where she was the General Manager, leading a team of 1500.
She was the first African to be named to that position in Blue Sky, with her predecessors all having been expatriates. Her integrity and vision facilitated her rise up the ranks from Technical Manager to Production Manager and then to General Manager. Her key responsibilities included commercial and operational activities, strategy development, financial and risk management, active business development and knowledge leadership. Earlier in her career, Mrs. Puplampu was a Research Assistant at the Department of Oceanography and Fisheries, University of Ghana, as well as a Quality Control Officer at Cadbury Ghana . She is a graduate of University of Ghana Legon with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science. She is also on an Executive Specialist MBA Program in Strategic Planning with Heriott Watt University - Edinburg, Scotland.

Donaldo I. Palomar
General Manager, WaterHealth Philippines
Donaldo I. Palomar joins WaterHealth with extensive experience in the water industry. Most recently, Mr. Palomar served as Chief Operating Officer for Des Eaux Utilities, Inc., a division of TGV Builders in the Philippines. Prior to that position, he was Chief Operations Officer of Bonifacio Vivendi Water Corporation. He was also President and General Manager of Bonifacio Water Corporation – a company that he helped build from the ground up. As a former project manager for Local Water Utilities Administration of the Philippines, Mr. Palomar has worked with major foreign lending institutions such as the World Bank and Japan Bank for International Cooperation.
Mr. Palomar received extensive training in water technology in both France and the UK after earning two degrees from Mapua Institute of Technology in Manila – a Bachelor’s in civil engineering and another Bachelor’s in environmental and sanitary engineering. Mr. Palomar also earned an MBA from the International Academy of Management and Economics in Makati City, Philippines. A registered engineer, Mr. Palomar is a member of multiple professional organization, including the Philippines Waterworks Association.
